What we will not do by email
We will not complete a UPI payment, reset a bank PIN, or "verify" a refund. Anyone asking you to enter a PIN to receive money is running a collect scam. Hang up and inspect the QR on Check QR.
Replies
There is no published response-time guarantee. Source corrections that come with a primary link get looked at first. We may not reply to mail that includes secrets, bulk advertising, or a request to help dodge MDR.
Official bodies (for a real UPI debit)
This site cannot reverse a transaction. For a complaint about an actual debit, start with your bank or UPI app. If that fails, use the Reserve Bank's Complaint Management System.
